Find Your Intuitive Balance Slow Flow - Live-online at 7 PM

Find Your Intuitive Balance Slow Flow Pilates explores traditional Pilates mat work and principles while utilizing props to enhance and modify the work for all ages, fitness levels and physical conditions. We work through various positions, lying down, kneeling, and standing to work to create a strong and flexible spine and core. We offer this in a class format weekly but can also schedule privates, duets, and special classes.

Find Your Intuitive Balance Cardio Strength Fusion - live-online at 7 PM

Find Your Intuitive Balance Cardio Strength Fusion Pilates integrates traditional fitness, barre fitness and Pilates principles to create a low impact cardio and strength workout. We provide modifications to adapt the work to people of all ages, fitness levels, and physical conditions. We work through various positions, i.e., lying down, kneeling, and standing to work to create a strong heart as well as a strong and flexible body. We offer this in a class format weekly but can also schedule privates, duets, and special classes.
